Maybe pre-Hyper Skills, but not now. It used to be that the hit registered before the animation even finished, which would still be useful at Magnus. It seems Nexon changed it back to registering the hit only after the animation finishes now, and by then, Four Seasons would be done with its cooldown. Not only that, but you're also stuck standing still waiting for the animation to finish.
