Agreed. When Aran was first released it was actually a unique class in that they were able to primarily use Polearms (majority of people actually found use for their Polearms). The same goes for Demon Slayers. I actually wouldn't mind seeing a 2-handed axe or 2-handed blunt weapon specific class. Those weapons are terribly neglected.
