I just had a thought.
I think MSEA decided to squeeze in tempest + unlimited in preparation for this (and catching up to other regions)
DA was released last wednesday, AB is coming on the 29th May (2 weeks from release of DA), Kaiser and lumi are released on the same date (12th June), with Xenon released on 3rd July.
All this is cramped in a time span of 3 months (counting 24th April for hyper skills).
And some people from Asiasoft went to nexon HQ in S Korea, to talk about MSEA's condition at that time.
Tl;dr: Nexon could had planned this earlier, maybe to release it in GMS, MSEA and others in a short time span?
