I only get a slight frame rate drop on my i5 4GB desktop, but my 6yr old intel duo 2gb laptop drops to ~10 fps in towns. Of course, the my laptop lags almost constantly running the game because it's not designed for multi-core processing. Any time my laptop hits 50% cpu everything freezes until it drops down again.

It would be nice if things were better optimized so I could use my laptop for more than Kanna/HS mule buffing.
