Don't you think it'd be really annoying to get whispers from thousands of people all the time when something doesn't go your way?
"Omg, this guy looted my mesos, ban"
"Omg, i got ksed at HHG"
"I LOVE NARUTO DO YOU?!"
"I hate you gms"
etc...
Personally, i'd ban anyone who whispered me after 5 minutes of that pomegranate.
