That pain in the ass feeling to wanna make someone feel happy, laugh, or just feel good all the time, and worrying when they don't and wanting to fix it. That pain in the ass feeling when they do the same for you, it feels 10 times better than just any ordinary friend and reassures you that its all worth it.
What a pain in the ass it is to find someone with the mental capacity to find someone capable of that love without the toxicity of life and all the messages it sends that selfishness is best, ruining people one by one. Let alone *be* that person yourself cause of the same.

The biggest pain in the ass of all: being stuck in a life that has you too busy to even build something meaningful. Yes. I'm sour at life right now.
