After the damage cap change:
Strange Bomb might be about 1% less effective than Rapid Fire. Night Lord's Four Seasons and Luminous's Armageddon aren't beneficial for 1v1 either I believe, and I'll fix that in my tables later. Xenon's Confine Entangle technically doesn't improve DPS either, but it binds like Smite.
