Really though, it doesn't really matter. I just put in Note 3 because I get complaints that some people who are tied are ranked in different orders which doesn't make sense. Also, in a few days, I'm going to get a flood of people completing their allowance quests.
Guess I can't pull off a real tie rank with you just yet. In regards to the note three I can understand how you don't want to keep track of the levels (I probably would do the same thing as you if I were in your situation). However if your not doing it you should make note in that note (repetition ftw). I don't think you need to worry bout complainers here (cause you haven't been doing it for a while and I am the only person whose said anything. Also you can pull the 'this is my thread my word is law here/fear me' argument).
Sorry bout being pushy bout that. I just tend to get annoyed by excess unused commands which lead to confusion
