No one is above the Constitution. No one. If Obama impedes the rights of United States of America citizens from being able to purchase and own firearms, shit will hit the fan.
Unless there's another "Continental Congress," (which is illegal, by the way, as much as it was illegal back then) which overwrites the Constitution, the right to own guns will never be taken away. Besides, with the way our government exists these days, there's no possible way they'll ever come to a proper rewrite of the Constitution. There's nothing to ever worry about.
Okay, I apologize. I should have worded that differently. The people have the power of the constitution which limits the government. People have the Constitution. Constitution > Government. People have power over the government via constitution. If anyone tries to take their guns by force, the people have the right to defend themselves with guns.
