-It was given as a gift, yet is a loan? Okay..seems a bit odd to me.
-The rules seem somewhat relate-able and common-sense, but once again as stated earlier, poorly executed and the mother seems full of herself.
Seems a bit controlling, and as stated earlier, every child is different.
However, I do believe this could be as result of such rules:
