1 to go Unique, not sure how many it took to get the 9% line but it took 13 locks to get this once I got the 9% line
Way too many to go Unique, took about 5-6 to get the 9% line and then 9 locks to get this (still need to pass that last slot before I can equip it though
)
Had a few extra locks leftover and since my Belt was only 12% I tried a lock on it and it went 15%. Fine by me.
