The most reliable way to use Leshrac's stun is to wait for an ally to use their stun, then throw yours a second after (most regular stuns last 1.5-2 seconds). It pretty much guarantees a kill early game if the conditions are right. For this reason, I like picking Leshrac when I'm going to lane with someone with a reliable stun, like Sven or Vengeful Spirit.
