I got banned and they wont unban me?

Obviously whoever got into my account had been botting/hacking in that place, yet they simply unbanned me with all the items still there. I don't play bera anymore so it doesn't make much difference. Just replying to inquire how mine would be unbanned when caught in the act, and not others?

You must have gotten lucky to get a GM who took the time to investigate the ban, and not just automatically hit the standard ban-appeal-denied reply button.
Perhaps they can look up what the IP address was when the banning occurred, and if it was from China or something they may unban you.
