I just read my notes over the day before and make condensed notes. Then the day of, I read the condensed notes before going in :p



If I need to memorize something, I just ... do Eek If it's a larger sequence then I'll use my fingers as reference to keep the sequence integrity. Like if I know it takes 8 fingers and the 5th is a certain thing, it's easier to know where I missed one.
