Even if you want to recharge Balanced Fury with an NLC mule, I'm assuming it'd be better for a mule to have maxed Claw Mastery (to have +200 more stars), assuming that there's mastery to Balanced Furies. I wouldn't know, since I got it on my NL, and not when I was a 'Sin', -shrugs-.
