You don't even have to change channels. All you have to do is reopen your keyboard settings after you allocate SP to your skills and it'll all automatically reappear.

I found that doing that doesn't put the Hotkey skills back in place (everything else comes back though). It was back in the Explorer revamp that I last tested it though. Ever since, I have just CC'ed and had all of them come back.
