Slightly better, too - you can guarantee +2 or higher on the stat you care about, if you want to pay more. (or even +5, 38atk shoe style, although you'd be paying like 600k nx per slot)

Although Pos. Chaos still wins for bumping up all stats at once.



I know it's presented as being for Chaos scrolls, but can you use it on EEs too, to force +3 primary (or +atk on gloves)?
