Seriously, you all complain too much. Nexon is bringing the party back to bosses. All bosses could be soloed, most under 1 minute. They do the best and easiest thing about it, increasing HP, decreasing time, so that it's not soloable anymore in the timespan. What will happen: Parties will have to be formed to kill them. What will happen for that to work out: a more active community. Oh my god, the game is actually pineappleing increasing D= We must protest.
Making bosses essentially raid bosses while killing every reason to do them. Seriously, what exactly is the point now?
Most bosses were done for the EXP, minus Cygnus and some Horntail. There are some exceptions for the insane, like Akyrum's pendant, but for the most part it was grinded for the EXP. Now they give no EXP and have 10x the HP in most situations. 10x more HP, less time to kill, and 10% of the reward. Why?
Honestly everything about these changes scream that Nexon doesn't truly understand why people are starting to stop playing, and instead make the issue 10x worse.
I'm all for bosses needing to be party play battles, but this is not remotely the way to do it. There's a reason games are shying away from the Raid Boss style that WoW introduced and/or "perfected," because it's boring as pomegranate. These bosses all have nothing to make them more than "Hold down X to kill." Giving them 10x the HP will not change that, and certainly will not make it more fun.
I seriously hope that they intend to rework everything again going off of this. This includes EXP tables again. Honestly though, if they're going to do all that revamp work yet again, maybe they should have just left it all for MS2 instead of wasting such a colossal amount of time trying to fix a broken game. Big Bang was a needed revamp, but afterwards, it has been nothing but more and more revamps. We've gotten 4-5 sets of actual, usable content since Big Bang, and the rest of it has been revamps after revamps. We have almost nothing to show for 2-3 years of updates except more ways to spend money (classes, "chaos" bosses).
