If Nexon Released a "Revised" Server, How Would YOU Like it to be Done?

There's lots of class diversity and such, different ways of attacking, different ranges, different buffs, summons, etc. There are classes that are certainly better at things, rushing, mobbing, buffing, soloing, and so on.

At the same time, it still feels to me that at this point, the ultimate goal of every class is to do as much damage as possible, in the shortest amount of time possible, and there certainly are classes that are predisposed to do that better.
