Cygnus are getting hypers

On....what mobs? The only mobs I can think of that are weak to Lightning after 120 are Vikings, and the 120s aren't exactly training "hard times."

I asked Shikage about it, confused, and he said he thought Regret mobs were weak to Lightning. After looking it up, they are, but they're also weak to Fire, which makes it kind of pointless. Yes, you get a slightly higher boost because both elements are a weakness if I remember correctly, however if this was back when Lightning Charge was unstackable, it would still be useless because Fire did more damage back then.

Unless there was a point when they were only weak to Lightning, but I never played between like....Ariant getting added and Big Bang, so I wouldn't know.

When was the "Lightning stacking" mechanic added into the game? As well as the added elemental weaknesses to ToT mobs?
I can't remember if both were added during the first "balance" patch for Paladins or later during BB...
