Honestly I thought it was just me not getting it, but if the whole % based chance vs a Mech's 100% chance to reflect is true (I don't play any of the classes in question) I guess it makes sense? I mean I still think it's a poor choice of words but I can't think of anything better. There are some battles not worth fighting, arguing over a nickname someone wants to call a class in a video game skips straight over that line and heads down to the park to have a picnic.
I still don't get how one aspect of what the class is capable of now defines the class, but Selphie and Bomber at least clarified exactly what they meant so... *shrug*
