Your most hated 4th job quest?

Undoubtedly Concentrate. That damn storybook is near impossible to find.

Was the drop rate decreased? I found mine with ease.. and actually found two within the hour. I remember dying while trying to loot my first one and my second one was given to a friend of mine.
