The first quest is level 65.
As for the castle, you can get into it just easily, but you need the titles and glasses to advance further.
And there is an jumpquest stage to get deeper into the castle.

The monsters drop level 95 equipment named feeble knight or legendary knight



And apparantly you can get a pet as an reward from slaying the cerebus.
