Can Vegas' be combined with cs Shield/Protect?

Pam's Song, not thong. And Pam's do get used after the scrolling attempt (including Vega), if at all. I think it was just a bug that they didn't work.

The scroll that prevents scroll use-up is called "guardian".

And there is no reason they shouldn't work together. You're supposed to first apply all your protections (which put little marks in the corners of the equip's inventory slot), and then use the Vega.

I always purposely call them Pam's thongs just 'for teh luls'. And thanks. Plus, pertaining to [MENTION=9280]Untradeable[/MENTION], I guess it would work like this now from what I gather now:

A: Use shield scroll + guardian scroll on equip to be scrolled
B: Use vega with a 10% scroll
C: If success, yay. If fail, the slot remains and the scroll is not gone but is reverted back to a 10%, sadly. The vega would be gone.
