29	3	If you insist upon making new classes, allow us more character slots. JMS has 24(?) already anyway.
29	6	I don't buy temporary NX clothes. Please make everything have a permanent option again, so I can spend money now instead of in 6 months when the ones I want go on sale.
26	2	Stop making classes. We have enough.
23	40	End-game bosses shouldn't be soloable. This does not mean 'require 12 people survive for loot to drop'. This means make the classes more unique, so that every class is necessary, instead of less unique, so that every class can complete all the content alone. Giving every 4th job a Mastery skill, and a +w.atk skill, and a mob skill, and a rapid fire skill, is not making the game more fun.
22	24	Create events that give us permanent quirky items. Events aren't worth doing if the reward only lasts for two weeks when it takes days to complete.
21	5	At least have people to somewhat monitor the game. Hackers are everywhere, hackers leeching their mihiles. It takes 10 minutes to go through all the channels of the popular maps (LHC, Jesters, Aliens, Stronghold), ban all the hackers, then the hackers need to remake their characters. Repeat the banning process, then they will get sick of trying to make a new character.
21	36	Fix the memory holes. MS shouldn't be using 10GB of paged files - the entire installation is only 3.7GB (which is still... a lot) Cassandra shouldn't make it impossible for slow computers to even visit towns.
20	46	Take the garbage potentials out. I can understand having +x int, luk, str, dex. But honestly. Who is going to want "2% chance to become invincible for 4 seconds." "recover 4 mp every 10 seconds." "20% chance to ignore 42 damage"? I understand that it's gambling, but that's a bit ridiculous given the price to cube things in the first place.
20	69	Authenticators. Or phone verification, like GMail does it: when you attempt to log in from a new computer or IP address, be required to enter a code SMSed to your phone.
