They can talk back, especially if you decide to use the live chat feature that some of those sites have.

In all honesty I had a friend become friends with one of the meso sellers. Even got her actual MSN for IMing and such.
She was like a 17 year old girl that lived somewhere in Asia land. Started out by teasing her that she wasn't an actual person and such.

The MSN chat's are just general though, everyone uses them. I use them to buy NX because it's so much quicker than driving 30 minutes to target. I stopped all together when, once a year, they look to see how much you purchase ($300+) would make you qualify of a special bonus. You buying a ticket for them to china, which they "refund" back apparently.
