Yup.

Honestly, I don't think it's the wind but may be something grinding? At least, that's what I would think for the Colorado video since it happened before the earthquake. Tectonic plates and all that.

But I'm no expert.

I don't think anyone can, considering the hundreds and thousands of doomsday / paranormal nonsense that has been flooding the internet and the rest of the world since the beginning of man.

A common defense mechanism to fear is to try and rationalize what you heard.

Kind of like that eerie sound you hear at night while trying to sleep. You heard it, but your mind is trying to piece together everything it could possibly be. In the end you can't figure it out, so you close your eyes and hope it doesn't happen again. But it is still there.

Unlike all these doomsday prophecies; these sounds are very real and heard multiple times in different parts of the world.

Those noises aren't creepy at all, at least to me. Maybe in person, sure, but there's probably some explanation.

Call me scared or what have you.

Call me scared or whathaveyou.
They would sound even less scary in person, the fact that you are watching a video calling it a creepy noise makes you attribute it as a creepy noise, whereas i probably hear sounds like that every day at work and don't even notice it.
This whole thing is dumb and Mark is messing with us by calling us all afraid (and hiding it, seemingly)

I don't know how many times a day I hear strange booming noises, like a nuclear bomb is going off. I just chalk it up to the Navy Base up the street doing weird sh*t. My city does house part of the largest Amphibious Base in the world. =/

Really, for all we know, these videos could be a group of people on the internet who know eachother taking videos of their city and then adding sound effects and posting them on the internet as a conspiracy.

People tend to play follow the leader. A lot. Have you ever seen those threads on BasilMarket where there's like 10 pages of dozens and dozens of different people spamming the exact same message? Do you think they're ALL people of the game group, talking to each other and spamming the thread for no reason? No. They're playing follow the leader, trying to look cool and fit in.

People lie, trying to be something they're not all of the time.

I'm not saying, by any means, that this is 100% false, since there's no proof of that, but there's not much to go on with videos about sound - especially on the internet.

It seems like an Alternate Reality game to be honest. People just happened to be recording these sounds at all these different places? all this hype? it's gonna end up being a plug for a new game or movie, i'll bet you anything.

I'm aware of how people can act like sheep.

But is it so far fetched that people are confirming that they have heard sounds on nearly every video?

And the Russian video is obviously real. Uhm.

This made me laugh so much. Just a shitty piece of equipment slowly being dragged down the street.

Like I said, I'm not stating that it's false, just that all possibilities need to be considered. Strange noises around the world doesn't necessarily mean the end of the world. The only thing we can do is wait and see if it does happen.

Does that mean dragons are real because every culture has a representation of one?

There is no real evidence of dragons, but there are lots of people confirming these sounds. Guess that isn't the same thing, huh?
