Does Nautilus Port shorten the travel time from Victoria-Leafre to Ossyria?

I'm asking since the new Pirate comic teaser states that Nautilus Port is somewhere near Aqua Road.

A way to forgo the time-consuming (Orbis-Ariant-Karcasa)/(Orbis-Ellinia)/(Orbis-Leafre-Seed) methods to get from Ossyria to Victoria-Leafre would be orgasmic.

He said it probably works, but no one knows how to use it.

Apparently it's just a low level quest to make sure omega actually gets used, kind of like the perion -> ariant quest, but I'm not sure.

If I recall correctly, that particular portal can only be used with some sort of item acquired from a quest, and the quest is non-repeatable.

Dang, a connection to aqua from the Nautillus would have been the handiest thing since the Ludi/aqua shortcut.

More so actually, since it would mean you could get anywhere currently in gMS without a boat, assuming you have those seed thingies for Leafre/Ellinia.
