But who really cares on what Nexon does, makes a year etc. We still play the game despite the issues. They could be a piss poor game and someone would still buy a cube,SoK, or a haircut coupon.

I/L and F/P archmages. Tele Mastery + AOE skills + Status effects = Overpowered.

This is what I've been thinking all along, it's like all the posters are from a region where "Summer Vacation" doesn't exist, or are in the Southern Hemisphere. Various News posts have already been made concerning Nexon's profitability but I guess when sales go on it's an indication of liquidation not profit-taking. Wal-Mart must be going into Chapter 7 every single day of the year and especially at Christmas.

It's more that these things are usually more spaced out.

Usually, you can't get people to shell out money for ALL of these big things at once, so you spread them out, making it seem like less. They have another month and a quarter until school starts, I think they're either overdoing it, or they're in trouble.

As you can see, by definition, theory can be an idea or totally hypothetical and not necessarily true. Hence, me using the word "theory".

Nexon has released a lot of popular items that have racked Nexon in the money to grow. It's natural for us to be curious. So, someone comes up with the idea that Nexon is releasing these things because they really need the money. It could be plausible, but maybe it's not. That doesn't mean the idea has to be based on any sort of evidence of it.

It's just an idea that's gaining more and more attention with each update. And, it's something to add as support for the idea. Nothing more.

So lighten up. >.>

Just because they have multiple good items in cs going on doesnt show how weak the company is, for all you know nexon realized that pam song "events" arent as effective anymore and decided to carry them full time.
You can never tell how well off a video game company is doing by what items they decide to sell at certain times. Their product has 0 production costs so they can give it away for free so, until nexon starts selling their best items for 1/2 price even if they know it will break the game(say make cubes sell 10 for 5k nx) they arent in trouble.

Also im seriously interested in this Equipment explode thing. Althrough i think its gonna be based on EMS' PMD, I HOPE they don't completely buttfuck the game and add miracle scrolls to it. But im gonna guess one of the two, will be normal golden temple but with like a x10 droprate on equipment items, Orr chances of greatly above average like +10 atk maybe even above average slots. Or even both of the above.

Ik why they wouldnt release all of them at once, but do you? From one side these products all cover different spectrum of the market so unless ur confirming the apple hipster stereotype where u have to buy everything with the logo on it as soon as it comes out they should do fine.

Except for they won't, because most people simply don't want to drop $3,000 at once on one company, they'd rather do it over a larger period of time. It's a gamble.

That's a bad comparison, yeah. Here's a better scenario: if Apple started releasing updated models, ahead of time, and the ads were really crappy, and the products weren't completely tested, and the stores would sometimes go unscheduled periods where they didn't work.
