well, this sums me up pretty good in what I'd like.

I was going to answer, but then I realized this wasn't the funhouse.

She has to be really fat with a real fat face. She has to have pretty feet, and she can't be afraid to use them if you know what I'm saying. Her boobs/ass have to be obnoxiously large; if they don't throw her body completely out of proportion then I'm not interested. She also has to be fat.

I love sophistication, and a girl who likes to bully. Not like intense, but ya know, keeps the games going, kind of like married with children haha. I'm a jokester, so I can't have a girl who's self concious, but mature enough too make it stable. I /need/ a girl who has a down to earth, realistic thinking. I don't care if shes religious but, I hate girl's who try to pick apart everything, and not see outside of the box. I find independence attractive, I tend to spoil so I need a girl who has a thoughtful personality, concerned about others, and not selfish/oppurtunist.

I found a girl who does fit all those qualities, so I think I'm set.

Looks wise, I prefer asians, nice smile, cute butt, not really concerned about tits, like it slender, and a good kisser. Gotta be a risk taker too if you know what I mean ;P

I tend to like skinny girls with short hair, but I just need to be attracted, it's like a chemistry thing. The only thing I'm picky with is that she cares about me. It's enough with that.

Exact opposite not so much, I don't think. There's a difference, but there are a lot of traits that would pass over between the two.

How many of you admit that some traits you seek aren't very realistic characteristics that you'd actually find in a woman/man?

Also, does "your type of girl?" mean your ideal girl or the kind you keep falling for?

For myself, I figure my ideal guy would be my "better half". A match and a complement.

I'd like him to match my intelligence (or lack thereof), sense of humor (ditto), and most interests and tastes. I want him to be my Go opponent, Bridge partner, Maple companion. To have similar tastes in food, books, friends, movies, sex, music, and other pastimes. To match my communicativeness (is that even a word?). I'm not a nonstop talker but the "strong, silent type" drive me nuts. I want a guy who can, and will, honestly, tell me what he's thinking and feeling, and understand when I tell him what I think and feel. I also need him to be on the same page where it comes to child raising, politics, money management, work vs. play, and so on.

For chores, though, I'd like him to complement me. To be able to do things I can't (Maple jump quests or drilling through concrete walls), and willing to do things I dislike (Think it's possible to find a guy who'd enjoy cleaning but not be a neat freak who'd get mad at me for being untidy? Yeah, didn't think so...). And I'd like there to be some things he can't do or doesn't like, that I can do for him so as not to feel like a total leech...

But most importantly, I want a man who is good to me. The guy who currently owns my heart... fails most of the above criteria... but he won my love by being caring and attentive and... meh, better not get gushy. Go listen to Alanis' "Head Over Feet" to understand.
Anyway our incompatibilities go way beyond liking different music, so we're not and never can be together. That's life.

Bottom line, I want it all. And no, I don't expect to ever get it. But I'm fine with staying single until and unless that perfect soulmate shows up.

Naw dude. Get real close to a female friend that you could be together but dont, then find a girl that's not her and act all lovey-dovey. If your friend doesn't start getting jealous and wanting you then it was never meant to be to begin with.

But look at Barak and Michelle Obama, they were high school sweethearts (so I hear), and they've been married for a long while.
