What are you gonna do the day BB comes out?

Going to look at just HOW unprofessional the redone quests are before deciding to stay or not. I.E. checking levels of quests as opposed to target monsters, consistency and order in the flow of quests, and if any of the plot has had significant changes.

Changed MM isn't balanced, so I won't be on my main for a while if I do stay. And when I say not balanced, I mean OP with the changes to the skills. Ten skill points is too few for a skill as great as Ultimate strafe, and snipe now only gets a five second boost every ten skill points. Sure non-snipe lovers will love the free 20 second snipe, but with what all the skills have done along with potential as far as damage, even I have to say that won't be worth it. If they were going to change snipe, they might as well have made it the 10 skill point skill, and Ulti-Strafe the 30 point skill. It would only be fair that way to Bowmasters who have to spend 30 points for their main attack skill.

If I manage to stick around, I'll be getting my alts all to third job then likely quitting anyway. Everyone I knew who played quit already, so it's not like I have any incentive to stay... then again I can say that for the last two years >.>

Park myself on Crimsonwood Mountain/Mansion before the patch, try to grind to Level 90 on Stormbreakers/Windraiders/Jesters after the patch (and maybe Typhons), then check my quest log to see if the Masteria quests were reset. If not, start hunting Headless Horseman/Bigfoot to get their Jack-O-Lanterns/Bigfoot Toes so that I can finally get my Deputy Star. This is assuming that Bigfoot was nerfed like in JMS.

If I cannot hit them due to the new accuracy formula, then start exploring, hopefully finding monsters that reasonably drop Level 90/100/110 equips. Because lord knows that I need to find a potentialed overall and shoes. (Reasonably as in, monsters that aren't area bosses and/or aren't like 10 levels above the actual equip along with killing low level ranged classes (but with a level high enough to equip the item we're hunting for) in one or two hits, like it is now for most of the high level equips.)

I'm going to read the reams and reams of Southperry angst about everything that's not working, everything that broke, all the stuff that vanished, the unending barrage of server checks, how they should've tested in tespia, how they didn't test enough in tespia, how they didn't have the right people in tespia and on and on and on.

I'll log in when it is safe to 'fix' my characters, and then return to my inactive state. I will probably nap too.

Check what the charge stacking formula is, figure out how pathetic my Paladin is compared to the DrK, and start grinding my DrK up.

Try out the new changes to my character's skills, travel around the new Victoria Island to get used of it, do old PQs (F'UCK YEAH I CAN BRING BACK OLD MEMORIES), then.. do a lot of other things. o-o

Reading this thread and it's very hard to remeber that this is a MapleStory forum. It's more like a god damn retirement home for old geezers that feel nothing but hatred for their previous lives. If you've seen the movie Grumpy old men you know what I'm saying, only this lacks much of the humour. Can't we make a sister forum for Anti-MS issues, call it Eastlarry and deport all the people that quit and/or hate the game there? Given this here forum would only hold a handful like me that still kind of loves the game, a small army of Nexon defender fanboys and some pets that's just in it for the programing after said purge.

When Big Bang comes I will hopefuly be able to do a crapload of quests, tweak my skills and finally do the last stretch to level 200.

After the patch I'll reset my skills then go kill werewolves/lycans for paralyze 30.

Go kill monsters that were level 30- that are now above 60 =D

We prefer to think of it as "Americanizing". It's more patriotic to call it a civil right to not have to do anything for ourselves because our predecessors did some of it already.
