[News] Tespia is coming!

I got this error:

"Create NGMDII Failed! (error code=32) : The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process"

Does that mean i got in but firefox screwed me over?

Again, just because the pop up got blocked once, that doesn't mean you're screwed. The pop up comes up EVERY SINGLE TIME you do ANYTHING on the maple website, until you tell it to do otherwise. If the pop up doesn't show up, the initial "error" or what have you was something completely unrelated.

Checked all 15+ of my accounts. Oh well, 'least I won't be regretting anymore time spent on MS.

So, my character is level 159 (soon 160), my account is 4 years old, I've never been banned not even for mistake, I wrote ESSAYS on Nexon Forums about Tespia trying to convince them in a nice way, yet didn't get chosen.

I guess they're using a totally different criteria, then. Oh, and I'm european. I sure hope they didn't only choose americans for that.

Mmh.. I surely would be more than happy to make a live streaming of Tespia or something, if someone got on Tespia twice and let me use his/her account. But I doubt that will ever happen. I guess I can give up for this time.

Pretty sad, knowing that I won the Bug Report event of the last round which was in 2008, and knowing that I reported over 40 bugs last time I got in. I REALLY am willing to TEST because I just like to do it, but it looks like they don't care about that.

Just log into the website. If you get a pop-up you're in, if you don't you're not.

I am lucky enough to have 2 of my accounts selected. I am just wondering how many players I will see since I live in Australia .

I tried like 20 accounts...some are my friends none got selected D: I got in all first 3 rounds of testing in '08. Theres only 2 accounts I haven't tried, one is my friends because I forgot his pass and my one that i forgot the pass on >.> I really think this was a dumb way to get testers - they should have had some sort of requirements and a link to click on to sign up to be in the draw of selected people.

There should be an IQ test, like, having click here, but have the link in the "CLICK" instead of "HERE". Gurranteed retard reduction@@

I know it's old, but they could still be using the same criteria to choose players. i.e. they might have randomly chosen 1000 users that had accounts that had at least one character over level 50, that had never been banned and that were registered before Dec 07. That would explain why it's pretty much all high levels that got in.

Ma'am, they probably raised the criteria even more.

Deep down inside, I want to believe they'll be spending multiple months testing Big Bang, making sure the entire thing is integrated flawlessly. Deeper down inside, I know this will not be the case. But then even deeper, I try and consider what else would make sense for Tespia, and the only thing that really comes to mind is new exclusive content. But then I go just a little deeper and think "they bothered to do it for Ariant" and I realize it could be for anything big or small, and that I should just stop trying to guess, because Nexon is prone to being crazy.

I'm happy now that I didnt get chosen now because schools not that far and when it starts I'm going to be realy busy and not have time for maple.

By the way, grats to everyone who DID make it. I didn't really see any say grats yet, ha ha.

I was chosen as well. I know one other person on my server that was chosen also and a TON of great people that were not chosen. I'll be honest, I don't like their selection methods either. I know people who would have been more useful than myself.

Bleh, None of my accounts got chosen. Oh well. I look forward to seeing what's going to be tested.
