Brazilian, I can speak english very well and of course portuguese, I'm learning french (already 2.5 years into it and currently in France).

I can think in portuguese, english and now sometimes in french O.o

In my opinion you can't really speak a foreign language properly without thinking in it.

Italian, english and spanish here. When I'm on the computer I mainly think in extremely broken english and I don't know why. In RL, I think Italian but I tend to use A LOT of italianized internet/english slang wtp.
Oh, I hate spanish, and I don't know why I chose to learn it 4 years ago. Maybe because I hate french more, lol.

Only English and Spanish at the moment. Hoping to take Korean next year. I rarely think in spanish. I only really think in spanish while talking to my parents and even then it's not that common for me to do so.
