The glitch doesn't let players who leveled after the patch create their NPCs. Hence, no dolob, no HealLyn, no AngelWingsAB (from bera).

Quite unfortunate. Nexon has said they are working on fixing this, when they were contacted numerous times via phone, forum & tickets. :/

I believe they can only add them with a patch though I'm not certain.

I don't know what the level 200 glitch is, but I really wish their bubbles won't pop up so often..and maybe have them organized better.

I think you can add a NPC if you get level 200 BEFORE patch only

(This means,on v59 the players that leveled before will be able...@_@...same thing on v60..@_@)

I almost EXPECT Nexon to release the gun and knuckle CS items before the next patch at this rate.

Wasn't it supposed to be that only the first 10 level 200's or so could make NPCs? I believe there are 7 in Ellinia, 2 in Perion, and 1 in Kerning...
