I was used to the heat of my old barely working electric grill, not a real fire grill.
And now my chicken is burnt and I am sad.

Barely burnt, like, the burnt bits still taste good.

Sounds like the first time I tried to make rice on my stepmother's gas stove. The old rice/water ratio I used did not work, and it ended up being burnt and crunchy. I don't like gas stoves too much, except for Jiffy Pop.

When i cook rice it either burns at the bottom or i end up using too much water :<
