Attendance check question

So, regarding the check, and its rewards... Anyone knows when is the last possible moment to get the rewards? Because if it's days later, and maximum character slots are upgraded, it's basically a free slot!

There should be some info in the data about it somewhere... Like top date limit on the quest giving it?
