Vega's Spell

We've brought Vega's Spell (10\%) and Vega's Spell (60\%) back to the Cash Shop! Located in the Event Tab > Event Section.

With Vega's Spell (10\%), you can have your 10\% scroll's success rate increase to 30\%, and with Vega's Spell (60\%) you can raise a 60\% scroll's success rate to 90\%! Vega's Spell can only be used with 10\% and 60\% scrolls that say they can be used with it in their item description.

I wonder if the att equips for pets are permanent or not.

The pet att equips are not permanent. Havent seen vega scrolls in a while

I guess they've ran out of CS sales in the meantime...Oh well, Vegas aren't that bad.
