I believe they mean that, like the Black Mage, they'll just rush through it and focus on Darmoor. The video is just important because it links like all the non-KMS stuff together.

In this case, it's the Overseas team. But it's still Korea.
If you search up videos of the Maplestory Fest from April, you'll see the Korean Overseas content team describing Monad as future content they're very excited to be preparing for us.

Yep. They're going to condense all the non-KMS plotlines together then wrap them up because why should Oda Nobunaga distract the non-Koreans from the glorious glory of Gerard Hitler Darmoor?! That guy's a boring real historical figure instead of a space elf version!
