I need a v64 base.wz

I got a virus earlier today so I system restored to a couple of days ago. During this time period, I patched the game to v65. One way or another, the game reverted back to v64 but the base.wz file got messed up.

Could someone upload theirs for me, if they have one? I'd rather not redownload the entire game, although they may all be like that. X_X
