How would you scroll level 120 equips?

I knew they were untradeable but I wasn't aware you could only possess one at a time...there goes the mass scrolling idea.

I believe that all the "soulbound" 120 equips are one at a time, but I might be wrong.

Why the hell would you level it first? That's a lot of work wasted if it turns out crappier than a level 100 weapon (or breaks) o_o

The level up bonuses aren't set either. You could make a good weapon at w.lv0, then get crap for leveling it up. Or, you could level it up and get great bonuses, but botch the scrolling. Either way, you have to get lucky in two different areas for it to go really well, this thread is mostly asking which you're going to take a stab at first.

For me... it'll depend on how many hours it takes to max out the level on the item. If it's not too much of a hassle, then I'll level them first.

Level first, definatly, since leveling is cheaper to mess up than scrolling, generally. lol

If I ever get one I'll prolly level it up and just leave it clean. lol

I thought the bonuses for levelling weren't that much compared to scrolling...a 105 att Timeless Pistol is still awesome regardless of whether it has a lot of DEX or not.

0-2 attack per levelup, and 4 levelups. 8 weapon attack if done correctly.
And hmm, that's true as well. 8 points in your main stat and 4 in your secondary would be good as well, no?

It gains ATT on level up? Never mind then. Still, at least by scrolling first you won't chance breaking it later.
