Post red crafting cooldowns (Dissasembling)

So Im aware that most things have cooldown post red, but this one doesnt make any sense to me. If you cant dissasemble many at the same time, it would mean its much harder to get philo stones, and afaik scrolls also become a dissasemble material.

Did they really apply this to dissasembling aswell? If yes, did they increase the amount or chance to get philo stones?

Could you please log on maple and double check? I got this friend who could sell me 500 philostones, but not sure if I should buy them or not. If dissasembling stays the same I wont need to buy.

Extracting doesn't have cooldowns.

Okey thanks guys, would be a pain if this had 5 min cooldown.

Sitting there for 5 min trying to get philostones, then boom it gives you non lvl 130+ crystals.
