iirc Musketeer capes were only available via the Carta the Sea Witch questline. Not sure if they're still available.

The musketeer cape you're talking about is the red one. Blue and turquoise came from gacha. :x Visitor gear is untradeable but I'd love to anvil some if I can find anyone with it.

Chaos HT and Stormcaster gloves should not be as difficult to find as the rest, occasionally see them floating around every once in a while.

How did people even get perma versions of visitor gear anyways? I had the full set but mine expired :\

There was a quest you had to do in order to collect crystals. You needed 1,000 crystals to make one item permanent. Making an item perma took days of work and the event was sadly cut short. :x

Luigi has a Lockewood (bowmushro0m on Basil) hat in Windia, but I think he quit recently. Shiners are pretty common and should be easy to find. I have Red and Purple, but I'm in GAZED.

Luigi's Lockewood was actually anviled unless he bought x3LastBlader's. As for the Shiners, these colors are more rare then the rest.
