Adult swim had been airing Anime on Saturdays for the past few years and eventually brought back Toonami and put it on Saturday nights only. No Squidbillies, Tim and Eric, or any of that pomegranate, just Animu.

Had no idea Toonami was back. Must admit I am quite surprised o_o

I have a feeling it will never come back to the UK though. We had adult swim for a short time on Bravo and now it is gone forever. :c

Look at all the people here who weren't part of the "Bring Back Toonami" movement last year. fans were glad it happened, but questioned its longevity when their first 2 newer titles would be Deadman Wonderland(where it partially strays off its manga course, ends open ended because no sequel and sold poorly in japan) and Cashern Sin

Send them a thank you basket and more. It's nice to see other anime air on Toonami for a change.

Yeah, Toonami used to be really good at bringing newer series' to the states. The revived Toonami isn't too bad, from the little I have gotten to see of it.

Does toonami still use really censored anime? Also on the deadman wonderland part I didn't even bother watching the anime since it stopped about half way or so into the manga which I REALLY hate.

Ya they stopped after the escape arc which really messed things up. Still I loved the manga.
