Formula to calculate how much % Att/M.Att = % Boss?

Does anyone have this off the top of their head?
I'm trying to think ahead for when we get Emblems in RED.

1 %M/ATT = (100% + %Boss + %Total damage) / (100% + %M/ATT) %Boss

I assume you're wondering about your VIP Shield? I'd keep 21% MATT until RED and recube after Emblems, doing the exact same with my Katara.
