Phantom Cash Shop Outfit Effect

Hi.
In regards to this outfit:


Do you have to have the Fortune Flash weapon equipped as well to get the special visual effect (floating and emblem), or does the effect show up with the Hat, Overall, Shoes and Cape equipped?

If it doesn't show up without the weapon, does anyone know what weapons the Fortune Flash can cover? or is it only Canes?

I think the last that I checked, the hat solely triggers the effect. Please correct me if I'm wrong anyone.

Btw, is that outfit perma and available in the CS, or are they limited.. :/
I can't check maple atm, and I don't see any updates about the outfit on GMS's siste.

Oh! by limited I thought you meant that it isn't always in the cash shop and shows up rarely.

The actual outfit itself has always been permanent I think, sorry for misleading you.

Unless this is a KMS thing, the cape has no special effect o-o
Nevermind. The effect the cape gives is pretty minor
