Concerning Fury Stars...
#1
Not sure if anyone else has sent a ticket about balanced fury stars being unable to be recharged, but this is the response I got..

ME Wrote:Why can't Balanced Fury Throwing Stars be recharged anywhere other than New Leaf City Weapon Shop? I would like to know if this is just a glitch or if it was intended to be this way.

GM Libra Wrote:Greetings,

Thank you for contacting Nexon America's Customer Support team.

As of currently this is intended and is there is to be a change then there will be an announcement on the website.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Sincerely,

GM Libra
Nexon America, Inc.

Also unsure if this is just an automated response or not either. I don't think it is though, judging by how long it took for them to respond.

The email may have said that, but it isn't true. That's their standard response to nearly every (minor) mistake they make. Zakum Diamonds not dropping? LIES. They've always dropped! They're just uber rare! Balanced Furies only rechargeable in NLC? SO WHAT. It's our creative new idea!

How hard is it to make a mule and move it to NLC? Most mages have one and we're not complaining.

They said that about ele wands, too. (or rather, an uninformed GM did) The magic % boost was fixed.

Claw Mastery allows sins to recharge more stars. That wouldn't work on a mule.

make a mule sin... it's easy with cpq and/or leeching off your main (i don't know if this is controversial like buying leech but it think it's fine cause it's your own character and your using it as a mule :f6:

Have fun moving 24 sets of stars, recharging them, then moving them back.

I actually wouldn't have a problem with recharging fury stars if there was an easy way to exit NLC. Easy to get there, but have to ride the subway out. =|

Claw mastery is a 2nd job skill that takes 20 points to max. Which means you just make a level 37 sin mule for recharging. How hard is it to reach level 37? Not very. At most it'd take two weeks.

That's why they sell the storage slots in CS. Also, I highly doubt that anyone would have 24 sets of fury stars. Most likely, they'll have a few sets of fury stars and the rest of them will be Crystal Ilbis or Regular Ilbis.

If you time it correctly, you only at most need to spend 5 minutes recharging. That means you warp to NLC at the right time so that as soon as you recharge all, it'll be x:x8, just ready for you to get on board.

Not quite sure this is the most relevant thread but eh...

How many sets of stars do you need for
Horntail (17x)
Zakum (14x)
Solo Papulatus (13x-14x)

I really prefer the stars that come in 1200 stacks since it increases training time without needing a bunch of NX, but I gotta consider going to the higher atk stars for bosses, especially if it's only a row or two difference.

And then if bossing & recharging from a mule (since they're nowhere near NLC) whether the 1000 to 800 cut would be worth training a mule to take care of it properly (ie. maxed mastery).
