[Notice] Cash Shop Disconnect/Pin Block Issue Compensation

Hey Everyone,

We had an issue this past Wednesday and Thusrday where some people were being erroneously blocked for entering an incorrect PIN code, regardless of tries; as well as some people being disconnected from the Cash Shop. We apologize for the inconvenience, and to compensate for the time lost, we will extend the 2x Event on Monday and Tuesday an extra hour:

12/22 & 12/23/2008: 11am - 2pm (PST)

I haven't heard of anyone being disconnected from the Cash Shop. o.O
Bleh, the event is still 6~9am for me.

I kept being disconnected from the cash shop, so the problem did exist.
I'm glad I get more 2x exp, unrelated to the problem as it is.

Yes,the DCing problem really was there,that used to happen when you had MaplePoints in CS(they just disappeared lol),so,you couldnt stay for more than 30 seconds on Cash Shop. D:

1. Good they admit there was something wrong.
2. 1 Hour of extra 2x exp?? Whoaaa!!! 1 Whole hour!!!! zOMG!!! .... lal .... :')

It kept disconnecting me today when I was in the cs. Glad they were quick about letting people know about the issue.

I knew that something is wrong with the pin&cs! o:
