Do the Buccaneer and Thunder Breaker cards stack?

Just wondering.
I might end up making TB and WA anyway for the (stronger) Link Skill, but more damage would be nice to have.

you're getting 2k more damage per line at best (give or take 10 damage if you go over 200 on your main), you DO know that right?
but yes, they stack
