Wind booster + Fast(4) = ?

So whats the fastest speed u can get is it 3?

Also I saw some1 saying normal boosters increases speed by 2? Thought it was 1.

Fairfrozen Slow (7)
Normal booster > 5
Speed infusion > 3 ?

They've always done that. Best thing to have is a normal speed sword/ski, cause those gain the fastest speed.
