No, they are legit. I feel like the new gach gives them out. I bought a few from random people in FM. I boomed all of mine except 1 though :/.

If they were generated, there's no sense in not making the lvl90 skirt.

My god, I was waiting for those for so long, finally I can get something better looking than that archer skirt on my Mercedes. :O
